FarOut Detailz started from a genuine passion for cars and motorcycles, and from frustration at how much damage gets done to vehicles in the name of cleaning them.
Cheap automated washes that install swirl marks. Shops that rush a job to fit one more in. Products chosen on price rather than on what the surface actually needs. FarOut Detailz was built to work the other way around.
Every job gets the time it requires. Every product choice is deliberate, and professional grade throughout. We are fully mobile, so the work happens at your place, and the standard does not change no matter whose driveway we are standing in.
The business is owner operated, which means the person who quotes your vehicle is the person who works on it.

What every job involves
The products
Professional detailing chemicals and coatings selected for the surface and the condition in front of us, rather than a single product used on everything.
The process
Every vehicle receives a pre-service inspection documented with written notes and photographs before any work begins, covering paint defects, trim condition and existing damage.
The standard
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours of completion and we will come back and put it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this.
Service Area
Where we work
FarOut Detailz is fully mobile. We detail your vehicle at your home or workplace, anywhere across Melbourne within approximately 50 to 60 kilometres of our base.
We need safe, clear access to the vehicle, a safe space to work in, and access to water and power. If any of those are difficult where you are, call us before you book and we will work out whether we can still make it happen.
