Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds permanently to your vehicle's paint. Unlike wax or spray sealants that wash away, ceramic creates a hard protective layer that repels water, resists UV damage, blocks contamination and makes your paint significantly easier to maintain.

By booking or using services provided by FarOut Detailz, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
FarOut Detailz provides professional automotive detailing services including but not limited to exterior detailing, interior detailing, paint decontamination, paint correction and machine polishing, ceramic coatings and paint protection, spray sealants, motorcycle detailing, engine bay cleaning, and specialised cleaning services. Some services may be temporarily unavailable if required equipment or chemicals are not available.
A 20% deposit is required to secure bookings for services valued at $899 and above (including all ceramic coating packages).
Deposits for rescheduled bookings will be transferred to the new appointment date. Services under $899 do not require a deposit.
Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: online invoice payment, bank transfer, eftpos, and cash (change is not guaranteed).
A pre-service inspection will be conducted before work begins including written notes, photos and video documentation. FarOut Detailz reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
FarOut Detailz is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Additional fees may apply for vehicles requiring excessive cleaning due to pet hair, sand, mud, biohazards or excessive staining. Customers will be notified before charges are applied.
Mobile services are subject to weather conditions. Bookings may be rescheduled and deposits transferred to the new date.
FarOut Detailz is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, loose trims, electrical faults, aftermarket part failure, or paint failure due to age or prior damage.
Ceramic coatings carry a 2 to 8 year durability expectation depending on product and maintenance. Performance depends on vehicle maintenance, storage conditions, environmental exposure and correct aftercare.
All service timeframes are estimates only.
Customers must not remain near the vehicle during use of acid or alkaline treatments or machinery. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in service refusal with no refund.
Concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion. FarOut Detailz must be given reasonable opportunity to rectify before any refund is considered.
FarOut Detailz reserves the right to take photos and videos for marketing. Number plates will be concealed where possible. Customers consent to media use unless written request is made prior to service.
In the event of equipment failure, services may be delayed or rescheduled without penalty.
By booking or allowing services to commence, customers acknowledge they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
